Terms and Conditions:

Payments- All payments at due by the 1st of each month or otherwise discussed and agreed by both parties.
Cancellation of recurring payments – La Academia must be notified in writing at least 30 days in advance
Complaints – If a client is unhappy about the conditions, learning environment, instructional materials, the client is encouraged to bring it to the instructors attention. If the client is unable to bring it to the instructors attention or it is not resolved by the instructor, the client may call the Managing owner at 817-692-8302,  email: Karina@LaAcademiaSpanish.com or postal mail at P.O. Box 1667 Colleyville, TX 76034.
